Sorry to hear about this. I'm sorry too that I can't really say anything to help out. :(((( I don't know about the grace period in Canada, I've only ever had one cell phone my whole life (it's so old it's like a relic), but I know that if you bitch long and hard enough at them, the company will usually give in to what you want, rather than lose your contract. I hope this gets worked out!
