aide: (Sorry. Emo time.)
So, I slept for 5 hours tonight and I'm already feeling sleepy and it's only 1am. What the fuck is going on? Maybe it's one of my regular bouts of depression? Or I have whatever Justin had. He slept all day yesterday and I pretty much did the same thing today. I wonder if I try to sleep now if I'll wake up at something stupid like 5am. But I have to wait for this damn download before I can turn in.

So, Justin and I decided to go to Hiroshima randomly for three days from the 2nd to 4th of January. Not really the smartest idea since everything was jacked up for the new year but we have money and time so we thought, why the hell not. So we went. It was a great trip. :D I won't go into too much detail even though I have pamphlets and info about everything. This post is image-heavy, you are warned. Click for bigger! For more pictures, check Photobucket. Justin took twice as many pictures as I did so take a look at his too.

I can't believe this took me 2 hours to write. )

Now, I should do the dishes. Or something pseudo-productive.

She is just too cute!

How can you not love her? I love that she never lost her baby cheeks. ♥ I love the Flashdance/Chicago theme. And her English pronounciation has gotten better! She really worked on her Rs this time. Grrrl.

Urata Naoya from AAA: he's a bit of a paper bag, but he's got some slick moves. I can't wait for this CD to come out if the rest is like this. I love the shot of him caressing her thigh.

Plotting Equilibrium as we speak. :D

I made sukiyaki for one. Well, sort of. I used chicken cuz the store didn't have any beef. I ended up going to the bulk place so now I have all this produce that I hope doesn't spoil before I get a chance to use it. The had only 1 cabbage left so I ended up buying it even though it was kind of yellow in the middle. I don't know if that's okay or not. The soup is SO sweet. I didn't realize it would be. I tried to fix it with more dashi and soy sauce but maybe it's supposed to be that way. I've never tried sukiyaki before but I think I'm going to skip the egg dipping. It'll be easer on my stomach that way. But yay for using my DS cooking game! Well, is it a game techincally, if it's not "fun"?

But I did get to try some new veg: chrysanthemum leaves.

I take that back. The egg cuts down the sweetness.
