Name That Tune

Alright folks.  I'm putting together a Quiz Show for the third years as something fun to do after their exams are over and I am going to do a Name That Tune category!  And since I can't use all the songs I want to... I'm going to quiz you folks.  You get the benefit of listening to the clips as many times as you like.  Each clip is 15 seconds long.  Comment with your answers and I'll tell you how many points you got (1 for title, 1 for artist) and then post the answers in a few days!  (And from there, I'll chose the songs that aren't too hard.  I tried to have a variety of songs but they are 97% J-pop.) 

I thought about screening... but whatever.  You're all big people.  Don't cheat!

I admit #2 is really obscure and if I didn't know what the song was already, I would be clueless. And 9 is kind of a shitty clip since it takes so long to get going. :/ Not Bing. Think Rat Pack!
