Why can't things go well for me?
Dec. 23rd, 2008 07:59 pmI'm watching Hanadan F now but the soft subs' timing is all kinds of fucked up. They are like 3-4 seconds too fast so I have to read ahead and try and match them up to the dialogue. It's fucking tiring man, and is kind of giving me a headache. But there aren't any other versions. There are some mistakes and not all the lines are translated, I think. Or maybe that's just the problem with soft subs. I don't know. I don't know why they don't just include English subs on the DVDs. Seriously. When they export them to HK or TW, they'll have Chinese subs. Why not English? Retards.
The shirt idea bombed. It doesn't look good. I'm not just being hard on myself. I half-assed it so I shouldn't really be surprised. But I can't give it as a present. I have to go shopping tomorrow before heading over to Andrew's place. I wonder what I'll get him now. Talk about leaving it to the last minute.

For HYDF, they instituted a password-protect policy, in which you have to leave a comment with your e-mail for the password. However, HYDF is the only file that they've done this for, and they have released many other Arashi (HnA, AnS) without passwords. Since I'm technically on the team, I'm a little biased, but I think AST is very reasonable, and the translators are great, including Becky of
