I just don't want to pay 5,500 yen for them. Why can't they be as cheap as Converse?

Don't lie to me. :( I don't know, I think they'll be around the same price everywhere. Damn fashion and markups. D< I considered buying them once but didn't want to pay though I don't remember how much.

My suggestion: try on your size at a store and order them online. I've seen those Vans slip-ons go for anywhere between $20-40 (albeit US).

I wonder if anyone would ship to Japan. I know they are easy to come by here.. I'll wait to see if ABC Mart has a sale.
