Drinking is evil.  Why do I do this to myself?  At least we followed the rules of the night: 1. No barfing.  2. No crying.  And Ariel got hit on so she was happy though looked totally uncomfortable.  Roppongi is a dive and I don't know why we go there.  They are like miniature, sub-par, over-priced versions of the (straight) clubs in Canada.  Where do all the Japanese people go?  No Roppongi, that much is apparent.  Maybe I'll text Mia (if I still have her contact) and ask her for recommendations for the next time.  I think we should go to Shibuya.  And no heels despite what Ariel says.  No one hits on me regardless of the come-fuck-me heels.

Anyway... I feel like total shit.  My stomach is doing somersaults and my head hurts for more than one reason.  The left joint of my jaw has been bothering me for almost a week now.  It's kind of worrying.  I was told by my dentist to get this night gaurd because I clench and grind my teeth when I sleep aparently and if I didn't curb it I would eventually grind my jaw down into my brain or something.  Whatever the reason, it was not pleasant.  I don't wear it as much as I should but I started again when my jaw started to bug me but it hasn't helped.  It hurts to open my mouth wide and it even bugged me when I was singing at karaoke last night.  Okay, it's really worrying me.  I asked Yvo what she knows about dental here and if the health insurance covers anything and emailed Nikki about when she went to the dentist here for her root canal.  I hope it's not arthritis or anything chronic like that.  I'm only twenty four.  I'm afraid to google because it will probably make me freak out more.  It's not like I can just not use my jaw for a while and rest it, what with the work I do.

Time for some painkillers and maybe a bit of dying.

Stop drinking so much. Or at least try to drink a glass of water between all those alcoholic drinks!

Go back to the dentist and tell him about the pain. D: Please don't get yourself sick, we would all miss you too much! &hearts

Sleep well.

darling i had jaw problems when i was 18, it's quite normal actually XD it's a physical manifestation of stress when your jaw reacts like that. i got really stressed in school and started to clench at night - i've been undergoing treatment for years now, basically a night-guard and occasionally injections into the muscles around my jaw ^_^;; expensive though, so do take care!

i'm sorry to hear you're feeling under the weather... i really wanted to give you 100 plus when you said you like it, but the aviation authorities are strict about liquids :(

i'll reply with a gift soon. wait for me! ♥ and hope you get over your bout of hangover soon... (hugs)

Aw gift for me! I'm excited. The hangover is almost gone... now it's the 4 hours of sleep that is starting to catch up with me. But I shall 我慢 until 8 or 9 so I don't fuck myself over tonight.

GUHG THAT DOESN'T SOUND FUN AT ALL. I'm really worried. It just seems so sudden! And there hasn't been anything to be stressed about lately. I think it's more of a joint thing than a muscle thing. But I guess they are kind of connected. We'll see what the sensei says tomorrow when I go to the clinic.

Don't they have 100+ power sachets? Make your own kind of thing? They do that with Gatorade. Haha seriously, you don't have to send me that. XD I was just being facecious.

they are connected. it's actually the little piece of tendon between the joints that has slipped out, something like that. it's like, sticky jaw. XD and it clicks too. bwaha. if you're feeling brave you can google TMJ syndrome. if it isn't that, then you're on your own... XD

glad the hangover is gone!!! and no, no powder sachets. XD i wish they did though. ah.

hope your visit to the sensei will prove fruitful ♥

It's really important to wear the mouth guard, because the mouth is almost the #1 route of transmission for bacteria and other bad things. If the clenching and grinding continue, I think that you might even increase your risk for infection, and that, along with all the other reasons, would be v.n.g. as well.

Water! Ibuprofen! Save money, m'dear, and spend it on shoes ♥

Hahdfsadf don't scare me!! I really am wearing it more now and it's so easy and don't bug me I don't know why I don't do it more. I will from now on! YES V.N.G.

I took some painkillers for my headache and it's kind of numbed it... it kind of feels like my jaw is swollen now? Or maybe I'm projecting. I hope I am.

I bought black patent heels yesterday to go with the new shirt I got. But they hurt. My toes get mushed. At least they aren't too tall like my stappy fuck me heels that I never wear. And only 3800 yen? That sort of justifies it. And the fact I can't find shoes to fit me anywhere in this goddamn country.
