I finally got a copy of Freestyle today!  After weeks of searching and hunting and considering buying one from some girl in the states (at some jacked up price, plus shipping = twice what I'd pay here) but my stubbornness paid off.  I checked the Kinokuniya website after Chelsea told me they had copies and found that the Otemachi branch had some in stock.  I had Andrew call first thing this morning and get them to hold one for me which I picked up after work today.  I also applied to see the show, which I was not picked for but I'm alright with that.  I wonder how "random" it really is.  They say "apply between 9om and 4pm" but I recieved an email back around 11 that said I hadn't been chosen.  Why didn't they wait til the submission deadline?  Whatever.  I'll keep trying but if I don't make it in, Oh well.  I've spent enough in train fare going to Tokyo this week.  And I'm going again on Sunday for an teaching seminar in Chiyoda-ku.  The event itself is free and I'm almost tempted already to blow it off because I'm still exhausted from the weekend.

Arashi announced they're doing a dome tour this summer!  They're playing Tokyo Dome on June 14th and 15th.  Tickets are actually kind of cheap (as far as tickets go I guess) at Y6800.  Koda Kumi was almost Y8000, I think.  It's just a matter of how to go about getting tickets.  From what Chelsea told me, most of them go to the fan club which neither of us are members of.  I couldn't see any dates for when ticket "sales" start so we have time still. 

In not so good news: I left the aircon on ALL day today.  Fuck.  My bill is going to cost me an arm and a leg this month.  >__<  Maybe I shouldn't bother trying to go to the show anymore and save the money to put towards my bill... that and I bet my phone bill will be higher because I've been going on J-web and called Yvonne...  Fuck.  There goes my birthday money! 

Now, to check out my book and get to bed.  I went to sleep before 10pm last night and was still exhausted this morning.  I guess that's what happens when you don't get much sleep because you're busy getting it on.

I'm in the fanclub. >>; The deadline for us to send in our things for tickets is March 7. :3 So I don't know when they'd sell tickets otherwise. :3

I'm going to change my address to my boyfriend's before I head back to America (by September 1), so I can stay in it until I come back after I graduate. XD :x

Oh and I went to Arashi's concert in October when I wasn't in the club. I got my tickets through Yahoo!Auctions. 8D; So I paid double the price, but...

And weird about the koten. I sent my application in at 10:15am and got the "rakusen" response at 7:20pm. o_o

You wouldn't happen to be able to explain how to go about joining the club? All I can gather is you get this form (its blue) from the post office and fill it out. But I don't have a post-office bank account... problem? They must be able to do it by regular bank transfer... or I'll have to open a stupid JP account just for that?

Fuck. I know right? I've banned myself from turning it on again until the end of the month (which is only... 3 days away). And not use it as much anymore. I will have to layer up and wrap my blankets around me at home from now on.

The dates are listed on Johnny's-net but I'm assuming you don't read much Japanese so I'll find them for you... They're in Tokyo June 14/15, I know that much. Although I've heard its a BITCH to get tickets. If you're in the fanclub (which I just applied for yesterday~) you have to "apply" (ie pay them MORE money) just to get a chance to buy tickets. A huge chunk (like more than half) goes to the FC... but you can get them on auctions or something (and pay maybe twice the price). It depends how much you want to go...

I hear that. I can guess my way through variety shows (G no Arashi, MMA) but dramas... not a chance. I signed up for a Japanese course today so we'll see how that goes?
