I don't know if I'll run today. I didn't run on Friday and I didn't make up
for it on the weekend either. I've got a blister or something on my little
toe and it's making me limp. That can't be good for running. I don't want
to seem like I'm making excuses to myself but I don't want to make things
worse for myself.
I'm tired. I am having an attack of low self-esteem today and I really
shouldn't be. Is this a symptom of PMS? Is it still PMS if your period is
3 weeks late?
Fuck.
