Nothing epic today apart from getting told off for napping at my desk by kyoto-sensei. What the fuck? I totally saw at least 2 other teachers dozing off but I guess I was the most blatantly obvious one with my head pillowed on my arms. Boo whatever. 1. Which Johnny band is your favourite: Arashi
2. Why: In short, they have the best chemistry out of all the groups I've seen and have accessable personalities. They are charming and just kept making me want to watch more.
3. Who is your favourite Johnny: I think it's come down to a tie between Sho and Ohno.
4. Why: I have innate respect for anyone who's completed a post-secondary degree, and even more so while working at the same time. I know for a fact that it's not easy and I can't even fathom what it's like as an idol. And as far as I can tell, Sho did it the old fashioned way by going to classes rather than doing distance ed. He's grown up from a sort of bad boy into a very well-spoken man. As for Ohno, anyone with even a shred of talent in something I can't do (well) is the most attractive thing to me. He's not the biggest personality in the bunch and so when he does come out into the forefront, it's really amazing.

6. Who was it: Sakurai Sho
7. How did you know him: My friend Saki was an Arashi fan (though I didn't know who they were) and wrote Sho's name (and hers) all over her math notebook.
8. When actually did you really start listening/liking the JE: 2006

What incident brought you into JE: I went to see Letters from Iwo Jima with my friend and was so impressed by the young soldier so I googled him and saw that he was in a band, Arashi, and thought that sounded so familiar... And it clicked that I'd heard of them before. Then I saw the PV for Kitto Daijoubu and that was it.
10. Do you have a favourite JE song: Arashi - COOL & SOUL
11. Do you listen to them the most: Yes, I don't even have to check.
12. Outside JE, who is your favourite band/artist: Linkin Park (pre-Minutes to Midnight) or Inoue Joe

2. Why do you think so: I spend so much time sifting through communities on LJ when I could be doing other time wasting things that aren't so unhealthy, like reading a book.

4. What advantages does starting liking JE give you: Boosted my Japanese immensely. I don't talk like a man, but I can understand butchered speach pretty wel.
5. What disadvantages does it give you: An unrealistic expectation of men's beauty.
6. How many times a day do you think about JE: Not that much. Mostly on the way home from work, wondering if there's anything on TV tonight.
7. How many times do you have the face of your favourite Johnny around you: I have a Russ K ad on the wall over my desk and the calendar on the opposite wall, that's it.
8. If your favourite Johnny or your favourite JE has to grant you a wish what would it be: Make an album that they wrote and produced all by themselves.
