More Nova

So Nova called me againnnn.  Last week and I "forgot" to call them back.  It was on my sick day, so I didn't feel like trying to communicate sounding like a pre-prepubescent boy to Toronto and Tenzin (who I now remember his name and can pronounce it) didn't say what it was regarding in the message.  I figured if it was actually important he would call back.  Apparently not, but they decide to call my roommate yesterday in the early morning.  Although, they called him at 10am which is later than they ever called me.  Bastards.  I don't remember giving them Chris's number, but I must have.  I don't know if he likes me giving out his number... but whatever. 

So I called them back this morning since I was awake anyway.  Odie came to stay for a few days on a trip out here and we had to pick up her friend at the airport at 6:30am this morning so I decided to call since I was up anyway at 8am.  They rented a little Yaris for their trip around and it reeeeeallly makes me wish I had a car too.  Odie and I went to meet up with a few people in Richmond for bubble tea last night and it only took 20 minutes to get to Richmond Centre!  Taking the bus, its about 1.5 hrs.  Holy shit.  What a time saver.  Except for the fact that gas is hovering at $1.30 right now...

So, Nova wanted me to write a letter saying that I understand that the medical plan doesn't cover expenses for "pre-existing conditions", which includes allergies I guess.  So I need to write a memo that says I know that and it's not covered under the plan so they don't come back and ask for it later on down the road.  I also have to redo the stupid Visa form AGAIN because apparently I fucked it up by writing over something on the last one I sent.  BUT it's fine if I just send everything (letter, visa resume, transcripts, degree) all at once instead of spending the time and money to send it regular mail.  If I'm sending more than 1 sheet of paper, I'll be willing to pay for Express-post.  They were going to charge me 10$ to send the last one.  Unbelievable.  So we'll put that off for now, since Grad is only on Weds.  Then HOPEFULLY they won't need anything else from me.
