It's happening again...

Brain is overworking again.  I have struck upon the goldmine that will be my Arashi!baby fic and did some research tonight and now I bubbling with ideas.  I also got the major urge to start writing my book.  I came to the realization that I should start and get some solid stuff down on paper before things start blurring too much.  Thank god for blogging; I can at least go back and refresh my memory about things but that's only so helpful.  I should reread On Writing Well (or at least the relevent chapters) and make notes and motivational signage to post around.  It's probably very much too early to start hunting out publishers but I should dig up a few of those sources I had to look at in Claire's class and once i get something maybe I can submit to those magazines and if gets published there, I would have something concrete to show.  Where do I even start...

One thing I do know for sure, one chapter will be titled Nippon e Youkoso for all the glorious connotation it brings to me.

I wonder if I could get Claire to help me when I get something concrete written.  Let's see if she emails me back after my random 1:30am-I can't sleep-email update I just sent.  Am I tired enough to sleep yet?  I fucking hope so.  

Tomorrow's schedule isn't as terrible as today's was at least: free, 3-2, 1-3, 3-3, lunch, 2-2.  And then probably another crap load of tests to mark.  Yippee!  So much for being able to be productive in my extra-ciricular writing/activities at work. 

Posted a vieled "do something, you useless pricks" message to the mods at arashirabu saying there needs to be something done about the tags and I would be willing to moderate (since they obviously don't).  Not that mods need to be all present and stuff on a community like that, but seriously.  I haven't seen any posts (mod or otherwise) in that comm from any of the mods except for some rants about tag usage from a year ago.  If you created a group for fanfiction... don't you think you would be a writer?  Not necessarily, of course.  I hazard to guess that maybe 10% of the members actually post fiction but still.  I don't know.  It would be totally pointless to create a new comm when that one is already so established.  Should I just straight up say, "Hey, can you hand this over to me?  Kthnx."  When I look at other comms, ours just looks so forelorn.

Dude, I totally did the same thing last night. I fucking messaged yuki84 or whatever and she never got back to me and the other two freaking disabled messages. But if they don't relinquish their hold on things... nothing is gonna change.

it's not going to kill them to add one or two more people who will actually DO things in the community. They don't have to fully give up their power over it if that's their problem.

It's like wtf, don't be ignoring, stuck up snobs to someone who wants to help the community.

...it's too bad the community is too big, cause then I'd say create a new one XD I'm sure you could easily nab all of the GOOD writers to join you XD
