Tomorrow (and Friday, but I'm not here) the kids have midterm exams so there
are no classes. What am I going to do with myself? I am currently (still)
formating In Every Life I've Lived for print -- I've cut 150++ pages to 118,
and I'm only on 75 right now. I think I have all the parts. If I did...
say 10 a day, no one would be the wiser but realistically... when it comes
time to move, what am I going to do with it? That is just stupid. I should
format it and then save it somewhere so I can print when I get back to
Canada. I guess? At least then I could do it double sided and save paper
and space.

Things to do:
-- Activities in Keigo's book
-- Hallowe'en prep stuff (but I can leave that to next week when I'm still
free)
-- Grade 3 lesson plan for Friday
-- Club activity/plan for Friday (musical chairs?)

I love Nakamura-sensei. He always cancels my lessons. :D Which kind of
sucks but I am in a thoughtful existential mood right now so it works. And
I'm hungry! To make up for it he asked me to make some example sentences...
which I have already done. I'll make more and do the ones for section 3
which I haven't done yet. This program is about Okinawa! I should do some
background research too.

So apparently you can post to LJ from email? That's dangerous because now I
have something else to distract me from work or keep me from writing when I
find myself with nothing to do. Or studying or any other thing that would
be more useful for my time. I think I need to change the layout size back
to 800px though... it doesn't look nice on my work computer screen to have
to scroll. Oh wells. And I need a new quote. Douglas Coupland is getting
tired. Maybe I'll put some Bill Bryson on for inspiration.

I didn't mind so much that I couldn't post at work... I couldn't before.
It's the fact that the server won't let me post comments that gets me the
most. DX It's not a forum! Let me reply you bastards! Sigh.

I got an idea for a school AU yesterday... I just want to write what
Japanese (junior high) school is really like. At least for me. I think I
got really lucky with my school. It's normal; not like Justin's where
students punch their teachers and write ALL over the desktops and sleep and
got brought to the teacher's room where there is hair dye ready and
waiting. But that sounds like a more interesting story. Sho as a
student-teacher? I actually started something like that... I wonder where
it went to.
